Nowadays,many of the children suffer too much burden and temptation,which can lead them to form an unhealthy lifestyle like being late to sleep because of too much homework,being addicted to mobile games,too much reliance on takeout.These lifestyle comes with the development of the society from many aspects.Not only to the parents,but also the schools and society should be resiponsible for this problem.
As their guardian,some parents even didn't know what the grade their children is.They pay little attention to the growing process of the children.These part of children usually don't do well in their study and are addicted to computer games.They gradually get a poor eyesite due to spend too much time on the devices.Because of the temptation of games,they even forget to eat and drink,so they can't balance the life between work and rest.
In addition,most of the schools in our country are regardless of children's mental health and physical health,for making a high quality of competition environment to let more children get good score and go to acknowledged university,some of the teachers occupy the time for students to do exercises,this method leads some children ignore the significance of the sport exercise as time passes.
The other factor affecting children's irreglar lifestyle comes from the whole society.You may ask why the mobile games so popular among children in China.On the one hand,the government need the game industry to prosper the economy,on the other hand,the policy to these game companies have made restriction on the children less than 18 years old.However,no one can bear the temptation if he has been addicted to something.Besides,the policy on education has little concern about the diversity of the children.In fact,many unnecessary assignment affect children on their eating habit and rest habit,because it is impossible to have a completely consistent education policy.
In conclusion,the factors cause the forming of unhealthy lifestyle of children come from a wide range of sources,both the parents and the school should take some action to take children's physical and mental healthy into consideration.The education department needs to contact the whole society to pay attention to the cultivation of children's lifestyle.

I usually like to browse Instagram when I have free time, because I think its more popular among my age group of people.I want to share with you the person i followed on Instagram is my cousin Anderson comes from Toronto.We met only 2 times,so most of time before we signed up for the social media,we chatted on the phone.Though i had already signed up one before i went to university,but most of my friends don't play this platform so i didn't use it very often.One day my cousin Anderson called me and shared his new instagram account,he said that he posted some lego robots, tanks and racing car which made by himeself.I was curious about his works.I thought he might be the first acquaintance i follow on the Instagram,so i followed him immediately and browse the content on it,it's so amazing about the intelligent toy cars and tanks assembled by himself,like the vex robot we played in the university,but it's impossible to play these toys when i was a child.After that,he often posts some lego and daily life on Instagram and we chat on that platform more conveniently than before.
